Full payment is expected immediately following the massage session. Gratuity is not required, however it is highly appreciated. Cash, Check, and Credit Card payments are accepted.
Outside of illness and/or emergencies, a 6 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment is required. Any appointment that is not cancelled within that period will be charged for the scheduled session. Future appointments cannot be booked until the cancellation fee is paid.
*If you are able to fill your cancelled appointment (of equal or greater value), you will not be charged a cancellation fee (Ex: If you were scheduled for a two hour appointment, and only one hour of your session is filled, you will be responsible for the difference).
If you are not ready or not available for your session upon the therapist's arrival, your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the session given, you will be responsible for payment for the FULL session.
Gift certificates are available. Monies will not be collected for the certificate until the session is completed.
